The Dictator

Sacha Baron Cohen has done it again, creating a over the top character “General Haffaz Aladeen” in his new film The Dictator. The General is a hilariously funny dictator of the oil-rich African nation of Waadeya. He is schedule to visit the U.N. to address their concerns about his nuclear program in his country. Unaware of the attempt kidnapping and assassination by his right hand man Tahir (Ben Kingsley), the General escape and is let loose in the big apple with his identity stolen. Now he has to prove that he is the misguided leader of Waadeya, and he is trying to stop his impostor from allowing the democracy for all of his people. Will there be right given to all of the people of Waadeya or will the General dictated with a very funny iron fist.

The Dictator is written and star by Sacha Baron Cohen, this is another of his creation where he completely consumes the character and becomes General Aladeen. A little on gross side, with his usual racial antic, this movie is a typical Sacha Baron Cohen so watch it with that anticipation. This film is fair, and you can’t help but like the General. A must see movie this is not but you will enjoy his sick sense of humor.

I give this movie 3 Stars.

The Lucky One

The lucky one is a touching love story of survival against all odds, in the middle of a war and echoes at home. This story is from two peoples view, a woman whose love one is killed in the Iraq war and a soldier who is save by a picture of an unknown woman. Pure magic is created by the love Logan (Zac Efron) has for Beth (Taylor Schilling) and how it develops. With obstacles in their way, will her fears blind her to the truth or will she give in to what she’s feeling.

This romantic drama is a perfect combination of romance women are looking for, the strength of survival in the middle of war, and what happens when our soldiers come home. This movie is wonderfully cast and has a great storyline, everyone will enjoy.

I give this movie 4 star.

Five Year Engagemant

The five year engagement is a romantic comedy starring Jason Segel and Emily Blunt. This movie showcase the life of a couple when after a year to the day of them first time meeting each other at a New Year costume party, Tom (Jason Segel) propose to Violet (Emily Blunt), but what should have been a short engagement was extended to five years, as life interruption gets in the way. Will they make it down the aisle or go their separate ways?

With several movies under his belt co-writer Jason Segel and Director Nicholas Stoller has capture the essence of what couple goes through in a relationship with uncertainty of life. This movie has a perfect parody, that was a time’s on point. You will enjoy this movie and don’t be surprise if you say “that’s happen to me”, you will enjoy it.

I give this movie 4 Stars..

Think Like A Man

Think like a man is a LAUGH OUT LOUD comedy with the funniest comedians today like Kevin Hart and Gary Owen, and the sexiest men in Hollywood like Terrence J, Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara and Romany Malco. We also have the hottest leading ladies Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Gabrielle Union, and Taraji Henson. This all-star movie is a playbook for women about real men, and what they are really all about, from the bestselling book “Act like a Lady, Think like a Man” by author and comedian Steve Harvey. Women you won’t be disappointed, let me tell you, this is a reality check for women who think they know anything about men. WE KNOW NOTHING!!! “A MUST SEE”, “HILARIOUS “and AN EYE OPENER FILM”.

I give this movie 5 Stars…

The Cabin In The Woods

The cabin in the woods is about five friends going on a school break for a little bit of fun in a remote cabin, but an unexpected horror is waiting for them in the woods. I will make this short and sweet “worst movie I’ve seen”… Hard to follow and not realistic at least for a horror film, I knew what was going to happen before it did and the twist at the end (you got to be kidding)… I’m glad I didn’t pay to see it, but then my time will not be return for wasting it, watching this movie. 2 stars ONLY and I’m being generous!!!!

I give this movie 2 Stars…

This Means War

FDR (Chris Pine) and Tuck (Tom Hardy) are two CIA agents and bestfriends, send undercover to capture Heinrich (Til Schweiger) a ruthless killer, but the mission goes all wrong and Heinrich escape. Now both agents are suspended from all mission, so what are they to do, start looking for love! Now the battle begins when these two friends discover their dating the same woman, Lauren (Reese Witherspoon). Force to choose one of them, who will it be? And will they survive the hit on there heads.

This Means War is directed by McG best known for all of the Charlie’s Angels movies and the Terminator Salvation. McG cleverly casts two handsome and charming men, Pine and Hardy, with a sassy beautiful woman, Witherspoon adding to the formula a very funny lady, Chelsea Handler who stole all of her scenes. This is a hard decision for me to make, Hardy or Pine, imagine Witherspoon decision. Funny, with lot of action to keep you on the edge, This Means War will satisfy all your senses. “A MUST SEE” for both men and women...

I give this movie 5 Stars.
